12 oz whipped cream cheese
4 - 6 oz plain feta cheese crumbles
1 bunch green onions, chopped (green only)
8 oz Craisins (chopped)
1 c chopped pecans/walnuts
4 burito size flour tortillas
Mix all ingredients upto tortillas. Divide mixture over tortillas. Roll each one up and cover (wrap in plastic wrap). Best if made 24 hours before you want to serve. To serve, unwrap and slice in rounds.
I've never had extra to freeze. If anyone makes these and freezing them let us know how they are.
